Saketh Lingisetty

Class of 2026

Bio

Saketh is drawn to questions about how and why diseases like cancer resist treatment at the molecular level and how biochemical and computational tools can help make sense of that complexity. He is also passionate about science communication and applications of machine learning, having authored a paper benchmarking and evaluating medical foundation models for fairness and performance. At school, Saketh often finds himself editing articles for his school newspaper and science magazine, making science more accessible to others as a lead tutor and copresident of the chemistry club, and playing the saxophone in the jazz band and wind ensemble. He has studied and performed as a Carnatic vocalist for six years. In his free time, he runs competitively and listens to a lot of city pop.
