Bio

Owen has always been passionate about problem solving, especially in STEM fields. He is a two-time USAJMO qualifier and a five-time AIME qualifier, and just reached USACO Gold this year. In 2020, Owen founded a nonprofit initiative called Kids Teach Kids (KTK) and has been teaching math, programming, chess and debate classes at KTK in summers since. Owen lives for weekend scenic hikes with his friends, acoustic guitar and baking. On a regular day, you can likely find him laughing over a foosball game, challenging his friends to bullet chess or at the ping pong table.
