Bio

Langlen is passionate about image processing, machine learning, and giving meaning to data. She enjoys competitive programming, hiking, listening to music, and composing. At school, she is an active member of the Student-Faculty Senate and Computer Science Club, and serves as captain of the Girls Varsity Swim Team. She likes to share her coding skills to students, and works as a teaching assistant in her high school and as part-time teacher in a coding school. She has worked with kids aged 5-14 on topics ranging from Python to Unity. Her interest in data analysis began in middle school after reading "Invisible Women: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men", which remains her favorite book. In her free time, she enjoys learning new songs on the piano and reviewing films on Letterboxd.
