Isabelle Zhen
Bio
Isabelle is passionate about physics and STEM education. She is director of the Physics Circle at the Youth STEM for Humanity Coalition, where she leads monthly webinars teaching STEM concepts and coding-based learning activities, and she also advocates for issues like light pollution. At school, she is copresident of Science Olympiad and an officer in Physics Club and FBLA, with awards in events including Astronomy, Disease Detectives, Anatomy & Physiology and Meteorology. Over the summer, she developed a shape-recognition device to help children learn geometry through interactive technology, and she was recognized as a 2026 NCWIT National Honorable Mention. She plans to major in applied physics to bridge physics and engineering.
