If you’ve heard the term “circadian rhythm,” read on. Dr. Franz Halberg coined this term in the late 1950s and developed the mathematical model to quantify these rhythms for precise measurement and analysis. I’ve come out of retirement to work at the University of Minnesota’s Halberg Chronobiology Center as a Research Specialist 3, under the direction of Dr. Germaine Cornélissen, to re-implement their 1970s Fortran-based data science pipeline in Mathematica. My previous work spans industry roles, from boutique re-engineering projects to DARPA-based future initiatives and large-scale enterprise-class deployments worldwide.
