Bio

Lybrya Kebread is a summer 2022 PhD graduate in the education-mathematics track at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Her research interests include mathematical belongingness and working with preservice and in-service teachers who are learning to facilitate meaningful discourse around high-quality, beautiful mathematics. She focused on mathematical modeling (high school through undergraduate levels) in order to deepen her conceptual understanding as a mathematics learner and educator.
