Bio

Fizra has completed her undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan. Her senior year thesis was to develop a simulation model based on a bio-inspired algorithm. Currently, she is working in the public health sector for a nonprofit organization as a research associate where her main role is management, curation and analysis of clinical data as well as supporting the research aspect of prevention, diagnosis and management of lung diseases. She aims to pursue a master’s degree in biomedical engineering focused on computational neuroscience.
