Bio

Ubadah is a biomedical engineering student at NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi. His final-year undergrad project includes developing a simulation of a nanorobot swarm communicating inside an esophagus using a nature-inspired algorithm. He has volunteered at SDG AI Lab and United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs as a data researcher, and he is interested in leveraging technology to champion global development and SDGs. He’s curious about interactions between science, engineering and social systems and how it affects human thinking and behavior. Apart from academics, he enjoys literature, history and philosophy.
