Bio

Amir is a physics PhD candidate at the University of Waterloo in Canada. His research is on the chromosome organization in bacterial cells, combining theoretical models with molecular dynamics simulations. He uses Mathematica to numerically study his models and compare their results with the coarse-grained simulations that he does with LAMMPS on HPCs.
