Alisson Silva

Fundamental Physics Track

Class of 2021

Bio

Alisson is a physics student at the University of Brasilia (UnB) writing his bachelor’s thesis on the mathematical foundations of QFT. Though he’s been mostly involved with high energy physics, his interests in the field remain far and wide, ranging from cosmology to mathematical physics. He hopes to make some fundamental contributions in the future to the area he chooses to specialize in. His fascination with the Wolfram model of physics as a unifying model is what led to him applying to the 2021 Wolfram Summer School, where he aims to contribute a little to the project while also improving his Mathematica skills. Outside of physics, he enjoys running, cooking and programming.
