Bio

Itziar is a PhD student in image processing at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona. She received her bachelor of science in mathematics in 2017 from Universitat de Barcelona and her bachelor of science in architecture in 2009 from Universidad de Navarra. Her research interests are in image processing, geometry, topology and the combination of mathematics and art. Itziar’s other interests are climbing, playing outdoor sports, playing piano and reading novels.
