Bio
Maurice Barrant is a computer science/math teacher and technology coordinator at Good Hope Country Day School in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. He became a mid-career teacher after attending the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2011, after spending over 20 years in software engineering and database administration. He started using Mathematica as a teacher, and subsequently utilized it to develop his curriculum.

Project: Science Fair Project
Goal of the project:
Use the Wolfram Language for science fair projects.
Summary of work:
Demonstrate a possible science fair project that a high-school student might be able to perform.
Results and future work:
Determine which science fair categories are best suited for the Wolfram Language. Be able to make recommendations to students on the direction their projects should go. Be able to offer assistance using the Wolfram Language.
