Bio

Mich is a hardworking student dedicated to many activities, including coding, soccer, piano and golf. Mich likes to do competitive coding (USACO is his favorite), but he is also learning Swift to build apps. Mich plays on a club soccer team and is on his school's varsity soccer and golf teams. He enjoys playing both sports but for different reasons: soccer because of its fast-paced nature and golf because it is a rewarding game. Piano has always been a hobby for Mich since he was a child. He is part of his school's Music Outreach club, where they play music to people in elderly homes. He says that music has helped him grow as a person because it has taught him to be patient when practicing a particularly challenging piece, and it has led him to feel a sense of joy when he has mastered a piece. This feeling inspires him to continue playing piano in order to play new and more difficult pieces.
