Bio

Victor Zhou is a self-motivated and analytically oriented high-school student. He is passionate about various disciplines, including the sciences and the humanities. In particular, Victor is interested in game theory, optimization, modeling and simulation, machine learning and quantum computation. He is currently engaged in projects relating to problems in quantum error correction and materials science. Previously, Victor has participated in his school's cross country and track and field teams. Now he focuses much of his time in clubs such as Peer-to-Peer Tutoring and Theory Club with the purpose of helping others and promoting scientific communication. Victor is also an active musician. In his free time, he enjoys playing classical piano, playing tennis recreationally and eating large quantities of mints.
