Bio

Maiyun is a high-school student with interest in natural sciences and computational technology. He became curious about science and technology from a young age by taking various objects apart and investigating how things work. He taught himself the C programming language in fourth grade, and he has been using computational tools of different paradigms to solve problems and improve efficiency and enjoys learning from computers and challenging himself with algorithmic problems. In his everyday life, he appreciates hiking in nature, jogging and listening to music. He is also the "fix-it-all" among his friends. Apart from that, he is a strong advocate for a sustainable way of life and believes that technological advances and education are critical for a more livable future.
