Roman Parker

Class of 2020

Roman Parker lives in sunny Arizona, where he enjoys being outside, swimming and bike riding. He also likes developing useful code projects and creating AI, most of which don't end up being very useful but are still fun. Recently, Roman has been developing data analysis and data mining tools for Conspectus.AI, a tech startup designed to identify what characteristics make a startup a good investment target. He has also been participating in the Wolfram Emerging Leaders Program along with other members of the Wolfram High School Summer Research Program to work on project-development skills. Roman has been homeschooled for most of his life, which has given him time to pursue a variety of interests. He is looking forward to traveling with NSLI-Y to Moldova for an academic-year study-abroad program in Russian beginning in the spring of 2021 after this year's virtual fall semester, if COVID cooperates.
