Al Farabie Akanda ("Farabie")

Class of 2023

Al Farabie is a sophomore majoring in mathematics and economics at Haverford College, USA. He is interested in designing computational tools that can predict the volatility of a market. His most recent work includes developing differential equation models to calculate changes in an ecosystem upon human introduction and intervention. He enjoys participating in olympiads and mathematics competitions, which have brought him success in the National Physics Olympiad, Bangladesh and the International Mathematics Competition, University College London.
