Bio

William completed his undergraduate degree at Queen’s University Belfast in chemical engineering in 2025 with a year of industry work to boot. He worked at Johnson Matthey in his third year of university, where he used electrochemistry software to research and predict the performance of proton-exchange-membrane fuel cells and was awarded for his work in modeling catalyst layer transport phenomena. He wants to pursue a career in large scale sustainable transport solutions. Outside of his current professional and educational background, William enjoys cooking, reading books in the horror and fantasy genres, cycling, electronic music, and 3D modelling custom game content in Blender.
