Bio

Tarek Junied is a computer science graduate from RWTH Aachen University with a strong interest in mathematical modeling, machine learning, and computational thinking. He became fascinated by symbolic computation after working on process mining algorithms and later applied Wolfram Language in both academic and entrepreneurial projects. Tarek co-authored a research paper under Prof. Wil van der Aalst and has published work on algorithmic game analysis inspired by Wolfram’s own explorations. He recently founded a consulting company that leverages data to optimize business processes, particularly in procurement and finance. Tarek is passionate about applying computational ideas to real-world challenges, especially in healthcare and systems design. Outside of work, he enjoys running, deep tech entrepreneurship, and reading about the philosophy of science.
