Gary studied his Bachelor of Science at the University of Cape Town (graduating in 2022 with majors in Physics, Astrophysics and Pure Mathematics). In 2023, he earned his B.Sc. (Honours) in Physics. At the moment, he is finalising a master’s by dissertation in Theoretical Physics. During his master’s, Gary used the relativistic Boltzmann equation to explore the possibility of a gluon condensate forming in heavy ion collisions. Later in 2025, Gary will be studying Part III of the Mathematical Tripos at the University of Cambridge. Afterwards, he plans to start a PhD in Theoretical Physics. Besides Physics, Gary enjoys kayaking and sketching.
