Bio

Ranel got his undergraduate degree in liberal arts and sciences (University of Surrey, BSc, 2021): a personalized, student-designed curriculum with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary research. He studied diverse subjects from fundamental physics, life sciences and computing through to social sciences. He finds that it is often the linkages between different disciplines that are the most productive in advancing reliable scientific knowledge. After the 2022 Wolfram Summer School, Ranel would like to further educate himself in the field of mathematical modeling and scientific computing by doing a master’s degree in a related field.
