Bio

Mohamed Hussien Gouda is an Egyptian PhD student in physics at Boston College. His academic journey began with a focus on spintronics and magnetism within condensed matter physics, interests he cultivated from his undergraduate years through his master’s degree. His research has since evolved toward machine learning, particularly problems related to learning phase transitions in the context of multitask learning. Outside of academia, Mohamed enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with nature and experimenting in the kitchen.
