Thiago has a keen interest in Physics, more specifically in Particle Physics. He is currently pursuing a BS in Physics at Tufts University and is striving to understand the mathematical and theoretical aspects of Particle Physics. Besides Physics, Thiago enjoys speedsolving Rubik’s cubes and related puzzles and attends competitions regularly. He holds the Brazilian national record for solving the 3x3x3 cube blindfolded and has broken the 5x5x5 cube blindfolded national record twice. His other interests include history, geography, foreign cultures and languages, and he speaks Portuguese, English and Japanese proficiently.
