Bio

Federico Semenzato is a PhD student working on computational cosmology at the University of Padova. His research is focused on the Large-Scale Structure of the Universe, using observations of the clustering of structures across our past light-cone to test cosmological models. He is working on n-point correlators, developing a numerical implementation of the Galaxy Bispectrum in the Spherical Fourier-Bessel formalism including all projection and general-relativistic effects. When they are not typing code, his hands frantically move on a stage as he performs monologues and readings. He loves the act of telling stories and creating powerful images, he is fascinated by cinema and literature in every shape. He likes long-distance hiking as a way to explore places and humans.
