Bio

As a rising junior at Los Alamitos High School in Southern California, Stephanie finds her passion in the fields of mathematics and science. She was first exposed to coding through an HTML/CSS program in her graphic design class, and continued to explore this field by enrolling in AP Computer Science A. Her enthusiasm for mathematics is made prominent through her club activities as a member of Mu Alpha Theta and as the director of publicity for the high school's math club. Additionally, Stephanie is a highly involved member of Los Alamitos's Model UN and Science Olympiad teams. In her free time, she enjoys hobbies such as ballet and jazz dance, as well as giving back to the community. She has earned awards such as the President's Bronze Volunteer Service Award and the Lions Young Leaders in Service Silver Award.

Project: Translating Historical and International Numeral Systems
