Bio

Sasank is a rising senior at duPont Manual High School. He has a variety of interests and is actively engaged in his school community. He is the president of the Association for Computing Machinery Club and the Science National Honor Society, and likes to collaborate to make learning more fruitful. He is always excited about learning new mathematical concepts and finding correlations between them and the real world. He has spent the past three years performing scientific research in the fields of cryptography and biometric security. He is a member of the FIRST Robotics Team 2783, where he is involved in the systems software subteam. He is a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and an avid student of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Furthermore, Sasank likes to watch ice hockey and is a big fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins. In his spare time, he enjoys shooting at his hockey net, exploring Linux distributions (like Arch Linux and Fedora), and hanging out with his friends.
